The Citizens Affairs Division seeks to provide high-quality services to Emiratis who are members of the College and its clients, by effectively responding to their needs, facilitating procedures, and building effective bridges of communication between the citizen and the institution, in a way that ensures transparency and mutual respect.
Objectives:
1. Enhancing the efficiency and quality of services provided to citizens within the college.
2. Facilitating and simplifying administrative procedures in a way that contributes to improving the auditors' experience.
3. Achieving effective communication between citizens and the various departments of the college.
4. Spreading a culture of public service based on respect, responsibility, and professionalism.
5. Receiving citizens' complaints and suggestions and addressing them in an institutional and effective manner.
6. Supporting initiatives that focus on developing services and achieving citizen satisfaction.
