Managing the technical infrastructure
Overseeing the operation and maintenance of servers, internal networks, and computer laboratories, and ensuring their high performance.
Developing systems and e‑portals
Designing and updating the college’s digital systems such as the “Know Your Admission” form, the Student Affairs form, and the dormitory placement form, in addition to the “Qaddim” platform for electronic applications.
Technical support for students and staff
Providing direct technical services to resolve hardware, software, and communication system issues within the college.
Managing websites and digital platforms
Supervising the college’s official website and updating its content on a regular basis, as well as managing electronic service platforms.
Information security and data protection
Implementing information security policies, protecting the network from intrusions, and performing regular data backups.
Developing students’ and staff members’ skills
Organizing training courses and workshops in computing, cybersecurity, software, and digital transformation.
Monitoring e‑learning systems
Operating and supporting Learning Management Systems (LMS) and providing technical support during online lectures and examinations.
Managing university e‑mail
Creating, maintaining, and securing electronic accounts for students and employees.
Supervising surveillance and camera systems
Installing and maintaining surveillance cameras and digital security systems in the college buildings.
Digital transformation and service modernization
Working on adopting modern technologies and automating administrative and academic procedures within the college in line with quality standards.
