  • Prepare periodic reports on records and archiving work.
  • Apply quality and governance requirements in document management.
  • Supporting digital transformation and electronic archiving systems.
  • Training staff on methods of preserving and archiving documents.
  • Monitoring the safety of records and archives.
  • Carry out any other tasks assigned to the unit within its competence.
