- Prepare periodic reports on records and archiving work.
- Apply quality and governance requirements in document management.
- Supporting digital transformation and electronic archiving systems.
- Training staff on methods of preserving and archiving documents.
- Monitoring the safety of records and archives.
- Carry out any other tasks assigned to the unit within its competence.
