Tasks

  • Preparing and implementing the annual budget of the college and following up the disbursement in accordance with the rules.
  • Organizing disbursements and receipts and documenting them in approved accounting records.
  • Audit financial documents and ensure that they comply with the instructions in force.
  • Prepare the final accounts and periodic financial reports and submit them to the senior management.
  • Follow up on financial revenues, including tuition fees and various fees.
  • Organize the affairs of salaries, wages, bonuses and grants.
  • Preserve and archive financial documents to ensure easy reference.
  • Coordinate with audit and internal control units on financial procedures.
  • Follow up on the college's contracts and financial obligations in cooperation with the relevant authorities.
  • Implement electronic accounting systems and update financial statements on an ongoing basis.
  • Ensure compliance with the relevant legal controls and ministerial instructions.
  • Contribute to the preparation of financial studies and analytical reports to support decision-making.
