Tasks:

1. Receiving citizens (teachers, employees, students, citizens) and listening to their requests or complaints and directing them to the authorities concerned with their requests.

2. Receive all applications submitted to the Dean of the College and present them to him to express his opinion on them, and the applications are received on paper through a unified form or through the Citizens Affairs website.

3. Direct supervision of the organization of interviews for the Dean of the College.

4. Field visits to the college's departments and follow-up on the work of the citizens' affairs units.

5. Enter the completed citizen applications and send them to the Ministry of Higher Education in the form of monthly reports.

6. Receive citizens' applications by phone or email of the Citizens Affairs Division and refer them to the relevant authorities.

7. Communicating with the citizen about the action taken in connection with his request.

8. Consider the suggestions of citizens related to the work of the college and how to develop the work in the future.

9. Submit monthly, semi-annual and annual reports on all activities conducted by the Complaints Unit and submit them to the Ministry through the e-mail of Citizens Affairs.

10. Following up on the requests received from the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research and the Ministry's response to the procedures taken by the college.

11. Receiving the interviews of the assistants (administrative and scientific) according to monthly positions and sending them to the Ministry through the Division's website.

12. Receive the interviews of the heads of the scientific departments of the students and affiliates within the department according to monthly positions and send them to the Ministry through the Division's website.
