Tasks

  • Applying quality assurance and academic accreditation standards approved by the Ministry of Higher Education and Scientific Research.
  • Follow-up the implementation of quality policies and procedures in scientific departments and administrative units.
  • Spreading a culture of quality and continuous improvement among faculty, staff, and students.
  • Prepare and follow up periodic reports on the evaluation of academic and institutional performance.
  • Supporting scientific departments in the preparation of self-reports and academic accreditation requirements.
  • Evaluate academic programs and study plans according to the approved quality standards.
  • Follow up on key performance indicators, analyze their results, and propose improvement plans.
  • Oversee the implementation of improvement plans and address the identified weaknesses.
  • Organizing workshops and training courses in the field of quality assurance and academic accreditation.
  • Documenting quality procedures and keeping records and data related to them.
  • Follow up on the opinions of students, alumni, and employers and benefit from them in developing programs.
  • Coordinate with internal and external committees concerned with quality and accreditation.
  • Support institutional assessment and program accreditation requirements.
  • Contribute to raising the efficiency of academic and administrative performance in the college.
  • Enhancing the position of Al-Huda University College by adhering to quality standards and institutional excellence.
