Tasks of the Security and Administrative Plan:
First. Securing the college perimeter:
-Guard the main and secondary gates throughout the official hours.
- Record the data of visitors and visitors in a paper record with verification of their identities.
- Preventing the entry of unauthorized or suspected persons.
Second. Campus Monitoring:
- Operate and follow up camera systems around the clock and record notes.
- Conducting foot patrols around the clock inside the college papers.
- Monitoring the wall and perimeter of the college.
- Monitoring the places of student gatherings to prevent any inappropriate behaviors or fights.
Third. Crisis and Emergency Management:
- Preparing an evacuation plan for buildings in cases of fire, earthquakes, or security threats.
- Training all follow-up elements on first aid and fire extinguishing.
- Develop a plan to deal with riots or disturbances. In coordination with the local police if necessary.
Fourth. Property and Laboratory Protection:
- Preventing the transfer or removal of any equipment or devices with written approval from the Department.
- Periodic inventory of equipment and furniture and ensuring their safety.
Fifth. Controlling Behaviors and Adhering to Laws:
- Prohibition of smoking (smokers, vapes) or eating in halls, laboratories, administrative units, and inside the college's papers.
- Preventing the entry of prohibited materials (weapons, sharp objects, flammable materials).
- Follow-up on cases of unjustified absences or delays of follow-up staff.
Sixth. Organizing the exit of female students:
- It is forbidden for female students to leave before 12:30 except with the approval of the head of the department or the rapporteur with a paper bearing the stamp and signature of the department.
- Record the information of the driver of the female student line with a record that includes (driver's ID, wheel number, phone number).
Seventh. Security Reporting:
- Documenting all security incidents that occur inside the college and submitting periodic reports to the senior management.
-Analyze security data to identify potential threats and develop plans to deal with them.
Special Seasonal Missions:
1. The beginning of the academic year.
- Tightening entry procedures.
- Distributing guidebooks to students on security and safety.
2. Exam period.
- Increasing the number of patrols around the halls
- Preventing cheating or introducing prohibited devices.
3. Activities and festivals.
- Securing gathering places.
- Organizing the movement of entry and exit.
