- Organizing student exam operations in coordination with the concerned departments.
- Preparing statistical lists and periodic reports on the number of students.
- Following up on the affairs of the graduating students and issuing the graduation documents.
- Provide guidance and information to students regarding regulations and instructions.
- Coordinate with the Ministry of Higher Education and the relevant authorities regarding student affairs.
- Commitment to the confidentiality of students' information and the preservation of their rights.
