Tasks
- Manage appointment, transfer, promotion, and termination of service affairs in accordance with the approved regulations.
- Organizing and issuing administrative orders for teaching and administrative staff.
- Follow up on attendances, vacations, and absences, and organize attendance and departure records.
- Prepare, save and archive job files on a regular basis.
- Organizing and renewing employment contracts in coordination with the relevant authorities.
- Follow up on salaries, bonuses and bonuses in coordination with the Financial Affairs.
- Implementing training and career development programs in cooperation with the Continuing Education Unit.
- Applying job performance appraisal systems and following up on their results.
- Handling complaints and administrative correspondence related to staffing.
- Compliance with the service laws and relevant ministerial instructions.
- Supporting the implementation of electronic systems for human resources management.
- Contribute to the achievement of quality requirements and institutional accreditation.
- Prepare periodic reports on human resources affairs.
- Promote a culture of institutional discipline and professional professional work behavior.
- Coordinating with other departments and units to ensure the smooth flow of administrative work.
