- Preparing and implementing plans and programs for women's empowerment in the college.
- Follow-up on the implementation of policies and instructions related to women's affairs.
- Organizing seminars and awareness workshops on women's rights.
- Supporting women's participation in scientific, cultural and community activities.
- Following up on the challenges and obstacles facing women within the college and working to address them.
- Coordinate with the relevant units and sections on women's affairs.
- Prepare periodic reports on the activities of the unit and submit them to the senior management.
- Supporting national and governmental initiatives related to women's empowerment.
- Promoting a safe and supportive work environment for women within the college.
- Contributing to the development of institutional policies to serve women's issues.
