  • Preparing and implementing plans and programs for women's empowerment in the college.
  • Follow-up on the implementation of policies and instructions related to women's affairs.
  • Organizing seminars and awareness workshops on women's rights.
  • Supporting women's participation in scientific, cultural and community activities.
  • Following up on the challenges and obstacles facing women within the college and working to address them.
  • Coordinate with the relevant units and sections on women's affairs.
  • Prepare periodic reports on the activities of the unit and submit them to the senior management.
  • Supporting national and governmental initiatives related to women's empowerment.
  • Promoting a safe and supportive work environment for women within the college.
  • Contributing to the development of institutional policies to serve women's issues.
