• Preparing and qualifying an educated generation, educated at high levels in various types of sciences and knowledge, capable of meeting the needs of the local and global labor market by accepting all Iraqis and non-Iraqis regardless of gender, race, sect and religion.
• Preparing specialized staff at high levels that contribute effectively to the ongoing construction process in Iraq and are scientifically qualified to deal with modern technologies in order to complete the vertical construction of existing disciplines and keep pace with the wheel of scientific development.
• Commitment to the national line based on belief in God and the unity of the people and the country and distancing itself from atheism.
• Strengthening scientific and cultural ties with Iraqi, Arab and foreign scientific institutions in order to achieve the goals of the college.
